We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized professional to join our team as a Construction Superintendent overseeing the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing on-site personnel, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.________________________________________Key Responsibilities1.Project Oversight2.Team Management3.Safety and Compliance4.Quality Control5.Communication6.Documentation7.Resource ManagementQualificationsEducation:Matric Certificate or equivalent requiredBachelors degree in construction management or related field preferred.Experience:5+ years of experience in construction, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.Proven track record of managing commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.Certifications:OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred).First Aid/CPR Certification (preferred).Skills and CompetenciesStrong leadership and organizational skills.In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
