Trade Tested Artisan Boilermaker With Manufacturing Environment Experience

Job Summary
- Responsible for manufacturing, assembling, integrating, and installing plant equipment according to engineering drawings.
- Marking and cutting of material using oxy-acetylene cutting torch, plasma torch, guillotine, and angle grinders.
- Develop, mark out, bend, and roll sheet metal parts.
- Responsible for good housekeeping and waste management.
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements.
POST REQUIREMENTS:
- Residing in Potchefstroom or willing to relocate at own cost
- Clear criminal record
- Clear health record and willing to undergo a medical
- Willing to work shifts
- Willing to work on contract for 12 months
- Grade 12
- Qualified Boilermaker with Trade Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in an explosive environment will be advantageous.
- Good communication, planning, and organizing skills..
- Highly organized, punctual, and self-motivated.
- An in-depth understanding and working knowledge of the manufacturing/fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience in planning and implementation of work activities.
- Basic welding skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with multiple disciplines both internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
