Job Summary
Requirements:
- Grade 12/ Senior Certificate
- A certificate in Hospitality would be advantageous
- At least a 5 years experience as a Reservations Manager in a 4 star environment
- Able to take the lead and head up the Reservations department
- Strong reservations and booking conversion rate
- Good computer skills and a be a system ‘super user’
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to grow existing business and have excellent client relation skills
- A dynamic individual who can chase new business and growth opportunities
- Must have excellent organizational skills and experience in forecasting, analyzing and reporting
- Must be a professional, well presented individual and have an enthusiastic personality
- Must have excellent written & oral communication skills
- Work well with people and be able to mentor, train and develop team members
