Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Rolling out the operational risk framework across the Bank, leading a talented team, and providing crucial insights to the Risk Management Committee. You`ll work closely with senior leaders to ensure operational risks are well-managed, and performance dashboards are clear and actionable. Requirements to Meet Prior to Applying: Minimum 10 years of operational risk management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership. A university Degree and operational risk qualifications. Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. Exceptional communication abilities to influence and inspire stakeholders.
