TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday – Friday 09:00 – 19:00 (open/close shift)
• Saturday 09:00 – 17:00
• Sunday CLOSED – may change based on seasonal or operational requirements

REPORTS TO: Manager / Owner

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS

• R12,000 Basic per month (based on skills & experience)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Barber / Hair Styling certified with an accredited training provider
2. Trade tested
3. Based in or within reasonable travel distance to the Waterfront
4. Groomed & well presented – you are your own advertisement
5. Confident and skilled in both Clipper & Scissor cuts
6. Confident English (Speak, Read & Write)

EXPERIENCE:

1. At least TWO years experience offering Barbering services
2. Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favorable
3. high-end salon experience

1. Stay ahead of trends in order to offer guests trending services
2. Ability to work precision and professionalism
3. SKILLS required

• Pattern Designs – BONUS
• Colour (Semi / Demi – Permanent)
• Keratin / Brazilian smoothing treatments (hair & beard)
• Hot Towel Shave
• Clipper Shaves
• Beard Shaping
• Beard Treatments
• Threading – Face (brows & cheeks)
• Waxing – Face (nose, brows, cheeks)
