Requirements:

South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the programme before. Education: Matric (required); Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or Business Administration (preferred). Skills: Strong communication, content writing, social media management (LinkedIn), email marketing (Mailchimp), event coordination, and data management. Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp (or willingness to learn).
