Job Summary
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong, impactful client relationships? Our client is looking for a Client Success Manager in Cape Town to oversee and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, driving innovation and delivering measurable results. In this role, youll act as a trusted advisor, managing relationships with key stakeholders while collaborating with internal teams to ensure long-term success and maximize client value.
Your key job responsibilities as the Client Success Manager in Cape Town will include:
- Develop tailored success plans for each client, driving product adoption, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build strong connections with decision-makers and operational teams, becoming a trusted partner at all levels.
- Leverage data and trends to provide actionable recommendations and measurable results.
- Guide clients through challenges, showcasing deep knowledge of our solutions to deliver maximum value.
- Work with teams across sales, product, and support to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Drive account growth by analyzing performance and exceeding strategic and financial targets.
Requirements for this Client Success Manager job in Cape Town:
- 5+ years in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management), ideally in SaaS or B2B.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Background in analytics or payments, with knowledge of e-commerce and payment technologies.
- Previous experience in the payments industry, either locally in South Africa or internationally.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce and payment technologies, coupled with a finger on the pulse of market trends.
