TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday – Friday 09:00am – 18:00pm
• Saturday 09:00am – 14:00
• CLOSED Sundays & select public holidays

REPORTS TO: Owner

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full time / Permanent

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R10,000+ Basic Salary per month (negotiable based on desired skills & experience)
• Service Commission (targeted)
• Retail Commission (targeted)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
2. DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology (2-year Diploma)
3. BONUS – Dermal Aesthetics (not minimum requirement but nice to have!)
4. Beautifully groomed, manicured and looking the part of a Skin Care & Aesthetic professional
5. Confident and knowledgeable on advanced skin care and ingredients
6. Confident retailer – ability to prescribe home care confidently

EXPERIENCE:

1. 2 years experience post-graduation at least
2. high-end salon or aesthetic therapy experience
3. Experience working with active ingredients
4. Aesthetic devices and advanced treatments preferred including

SKILLS DESIRED:

• LASER Hair Removal
• LASER Skin Rejuvenation
• Skin Pen / Nano-needling / Derma Pen
• Chemical Peels
• LED Therapy

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

1. Confident performing a detailed skin analysis
2. Confidently perform advance skin care treatments, peels and resurfacing treatments & Skin penetrating treatments
3. Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
4. Retail confident
5. Confidently re-book clients to build rapport and maintain clientele
6. Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
7. Assist in product consideration when expanding the brand, menu creation and general advancement of the business
8. Driven and motivated to upskill by staying up to date with trends and products
