Hire Resolve`s Client are looking for a motivated and experienced Islands Manager (Breakfast Outlet) to oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of their hotel. The Islands Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining the properties, ensuring guest satisfaction, and promoting sustainable and eco-friendly practices.

Key

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the island properties, including accommodations, amenities, and facilities.
2. Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and policies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
3. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, including housekeeping, maintenance, and hospitality teams.
4. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing exemplary customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
5. Maintain and promote the islands` eco-friendly and sustainable practices, including waste management, energy conservation, and wildlife preservation.
6. Collaborate with local communities and vendors to support the islands` economic development and cultural heritage.
7. Implement safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of staff and guests.
8. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
9. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract visitors and increase occupancy rates.
10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor`s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hotel or resort management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of eco-tourism practices and sustainable development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
