Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining employee records. Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, leave etc. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and labour law. Assist in the administration of pension fund, provident fund and COIDA.

Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate (HR-related qualification will be advantageous) 1-2 years“ experience in an HR-related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
