Responsibilities:

– Prepare Treatment Rooms for clients- Assist with Admin: Scheduling, booking appointments, answering phone inquiries, and preparing client files- Client Care: Providing treatments with a friendly, professional approach- Team Support: Assisting the manager with administrative tasksWhat We`re Looking For:- Friendly and Caring: You genuinely care about helping people- Team-Oriented: You enjoy working with others and contributing to a positive environment- Quick Learner: You are open to learning new skills- Fluent in Afrikaans and English- Reliable Transport: You have your own vehicle to get to work in Centurion- Organized and Able to Multitask: You can handle various tasks efficientlyWorking Hours:- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)- Every second Saturday: 8:00 AM 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
