Responsibilities:
Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails and specialty drinks.Engage with guests to take orders and provide impeccable service, including presenting and serving snacks.Understand guests` preferences and provide tailored recommendations for an unforgettable experience.Develop and present innovative bar menus, demonstrating creativity and expertise in mixology.Manage and replenish bar inventory efficiently to ensure smooth operations.Uphold excellence in guest experience, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.Maintain strict food safety regulations and spotless hygiene standards in all bar areas.Ensure the quality, presentation, and temperature of drinks meet exceptional standards.Set up and maintain a fully operational bar, including coffee stations and equipment, before each service.Collaborate with management on stock checks and audits to ensure accountability.Main
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a seasoned Barman in a high-end environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including late shifts, with reliable transportation.
