Our client is a Meat Processing company based in Cape Town
Job Description
Our client has an opportunity for a skilled individual to join their team in the capacity of the R & D Technologist. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Development of the New Product
- Product Trial Scheduling and Planning
- Produce Lab/Kitchen trial of NPD Products
- Developing/Updating customer specifications and communicating to relevant departments
- Customer Liaison
- Other related duties
Qualifications
- Matric
- Degree/Diploma in Food Science/Consumer Science
Skills
- 2/3 years experienced in New Product Development
- Willingness/able to eat Chicken, Beef, Pork, due to manufacturing requirements
- Not allergic to Wheat, gluten, due to manufacturing requirements
Salary/Package
R250k – R300k
