Job Summary
Requirements:
- A Minimum of 2 years short term insurance industry experience
- Direct new business development experience preferred
- A relevant Financial or Insurance related qualification preferred
- A qualified FAIS representative for client advice (RE5)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and arrange meetings with prospective new clients
- Provide accurate information to clients through understanding the organization
- Regular new client interactions and documented outcomes/discussions (New Business list)
- Meeting FAIS requirements in terms of documentation and client record of advice
- Manage and facilitate communication and co-operation with the relevant organizational team members to maximise the quality and probability of success in client pitches
- Project manage all aspects of the new business process from lead generation to client
pitch - Work with the relevant business to ensure the smooth onboarding and integration of the client into the organization
- Working closely with the Marketing team to align the overall marketing strategy to the specific new business strategy
