Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with church leadership, the School Council, and the school Executive to develop and implement the schools vision and strategic plan. Provide Christ-centered and biblically based servant leadership that fosters a strong spiritual ethos and discipleship culture within the school. Oversee all aspects of school operations, including academic leadership, staffing, financial management, and parent/community relations. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Qualifications: Willing to be an active and engaged member of Christian Church. Demonstrates a deep and active Christian faith and alignment with biblical principles for elders (1 Timothy 3:27; Titus 1:69). A proven track record of senior/executive leadership in an educational setting. PGCE and associated teaching experience (UMALUSI/SACE requirement). Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Key Traits: Character aligned with biblical principles. Demonstrated competence in leadership and educational management. Ability to build strong relationships within the school and church community. Courage to uphold Christian values and address challenges. A clear sense of calling to this ministry.
