Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Lead all financial procedures, including accounts preparation, financial planning, and budgeting
- Monitor and report budget variances
- Implement cost control and analysis programs
- Design and optimize financial systems
Tax Management
- Handle tax computations and SARS queries
- Review tax assessments
- Oversee VAT returns
- Coordinate with tax advisors on transfer pricing
- Prepare annual Country by Country reporting
Financial Operations
- Manage banking relationships and annual facilities
- Ensure compliance with Reserve Bank Regulations and Exchange Control
- Handle foreign currency management
- Oversee cash flow operations for multiple locations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor`s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- Professional qualification: CA and/or CMA
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Team leadership experience
