Hire Resolve`s client, a leading provider of innovative telecom solutions, is currently seeking a Telecom Software Engineer to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration with MNO networks, developing real-time tracking systems, and optimizing telecom traffic monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure integration with MNO networks to monitor voice, SMS, data, and VAS traffic.

• Implement real-time tracking and reporting systems for telecom regulators.

• Develop mechanisms for traffic data aggregation and volume-based billing.

• Work closely with telecom operators to enhance traffic monitoring and billing accuracy.

• Maintain and improve software solutions for telecom taxation and compliance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in telecom systems and traffic management.

• Strong knowledge of SS7, Diameter, RADIUS, and SIP protocols.

• Familiarity with telecom taxation and billing systems.

• Experience in developing scalable and efficient telecom software solutions.
