Hire Resolve`s client is actively seeking a creative and motivated Junior Web Designer to join their team in the beautiful Western Cape. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in web design. You`ll be involved in designing and developing visually engaging websites and applications that provide excellent user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage landing pages, banners, and payment pages in line with advertising strategy and compliance.
• Provide feedback for tool optimization to the Tech team.
• Suggest improvements for creative workflows and tools.
• Create concepts and collaborate with the Creative Team Lead for testing.
• Maintain a proactive focus on A/B testing to boost user journey performance.
• Stay updated on web and design trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Proficient in web design and development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Expertise in landing page and banner design and optimization.
• Fluent in English.
