Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate earthworks operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Supervise and manage teams working with heavy construction machinery.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project timelines.
- Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety regulations.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and update site documentation and progress reports.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in earthworks supervision.
- Strong knowledge of large construction vehicles and their operations.
- Experience in civil construction and bulk earthworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: R26 000
- Car Allowance: R2 000
- Petrol Allowance: R2 000
- Cell Phone Allowance: R1 000
- Living Out Allowance: R3 500
