• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the UX Research team to establish research goals and implement comprehensive research strategies.
• Contribute to Research Planning: Assist in organising and executing user research projects, including competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Use research insights to develop user stories, personas, and journey maps.
• Conduct User Research: Lead usability tests and remote user interviews, ensuring high-quality moderation and participant engagement.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to refine design solutions and provide actionable insights relevant to the African market.
• Effective Communication: Clearly present research findings to stakeholders, aligning with ongoing project objectives.
• Support Reporting and Presentations: Assist in drafting reports and presentations that summarize key research outcomes.
• Adhere to Best Practices: Follow established UX research methodologies and best practices to ensure rigorous and impactful research.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelors degree. A degree in Psychology, Neuropsychology, Anthropology or Social Sciences is advantageous. 
• Experience with usability testing/user interviews with the skills to analyse the quantitative and qualitative data collected. 
• Adept at report writing and presentations.
• Understanding of user research best practices and methodology
