Job Title: Live-In Building Manager/ CaretakerResponsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: Oversee the daily operations on a large residential building.Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of owners and tenants. Coordinating and managing maintenance and repair activities. Liaise with various vendors regarding maintenance and supply of goods.Liaise with owners and tenants. Conduct regular building inspections. Attend and resolve any issues/problems that are received from owners or tenants. Required skills: Must have previous building manager experience. Proven staff management.Good inter-personal skills. Must be computer literate. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have own transport. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and building codes. Project management and negotiation skills.Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
