Job Summary
Customer Liaison Officer to manage customer interactions, ensure smooth service experiences and uphold high customer satisfaction standards. This role involves handling inquiries, coordinating repairs and acting as a bridge between customers, technicians and the service center team. The officer will also address customer escalations and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- A matric of equivalent qualification
- 3 + years in the same or similar role
- Experience in a technical or call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience on Dynamics 365 is advantageous
- Knowledge of camera’s, lens’ and photography is advantageous
Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for service requests, repairs and warranty claims
- Engage with key customers
- Assist customers professionally via phone, email and in-person
- Communicate service timelines, costs and repair progress clearly
- Address complaints and escalate complex issues when needed
- Manage customer expectations and follow through on requests
- Process payments, service requests, repair jobs and track service progress
- Collaborate with Technicians to prioritize urgent repairs
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer feedback
- Generate service quotes, invoices and payment confirmations
- Follow up post-service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Suggest improvements to customer service processes
- Ensure compliance with service center policies and standards
- Facilitate information flow between customers and technical teams
