Qualifications & Competencies – Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Food & Nutrition, or Analytical Chemistry. – 1-2 years of relevant experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment. – Experience in FMCG/manufacturing is essential. – Proficiency in customer requirement management and fulfillment. – Strong analytical skills and conflict management abilities. – Competence in report writing and effective communication across all levels.
