Job Description
Our client is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales & Events Co-ordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide good customer service, co-ordinate logistics, and support the team to deliver valued results for clients` events.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries, conduct site tours, and provide venue information to potential clients
- Co-ordinate event logistics, including catering, audiovisual, and decor requirements
- Prepare and distribute event contracts, invoices, and confirmations
- Maintain accurate records and files, including event details, client communication, and sales reports
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, and catering, to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
Relevant events management or sales qualification.
Skills
- Relevant experience in events and sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Relevant flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends
Salary/Package
R15 000 – R18 000
