Job summary:We are looking for an entry level Online Salesperson at our Johannesburg, Germiston branch. The person will be responsible for identifying potential customers and understanding their needs, presenting products that align with those needs, building relationships, negotiating deals, closing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Advise & assist customers via phone, email and/or in person, in a timely & effective manner.Recommend product based on customer enquiries and needs.Provide solutions to customer issues and queries utilizing breadth of product & shipping knowledge.Reconcile customer warranty issues.Communicate inventory, unresolved customer issues, etc. with Online Sales Management. Skills: Good time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsGood written skillsComputer literate (familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite) Great organisational skillsCritical thinker/ problem solverAbility to build and keep long standing relationship with clientsSocial media knowledge Experience and Qualifications:Grade 12 or Equivalent (NQF 4)1-2 years sales experience Customer service experience.
