Job Summary
Responsibilities:
– Sales Outreach: Identify and engage with potential customers through door-to-door sales and community outreach programs.- Customer Education: Explain the benefits of FTTH technology and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.- Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through networking and market research.- Order Processing: Facilitate seamless service activation by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring accurate documentation.- Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.Qualifications and Skills:- Past experience in sales, especially in telecom or technology services will be an advantage.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Fluent in English- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and relatable way.- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.- Familiarity with FTTH technology is an advantage but not mandatory.What We Offer:- Commission based income.- Training on FTTH technology and sales techniques.- Opportunities for career growth within a fast-growing company.- Supportive team environment.
