To support our growth, we are looking for a Manual and Automation Tester to join our Technology and Quality Assurance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and security of web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution by the development team.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Utilize tools like Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman, and others for automation and performance testing.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to support continuous integration (CI) and delivery (CD) pipelines.
• Validate APIs and data integrity in systems involving financial transactions.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in software testing and apply them to improve test processes.
• Contribute to the improvement of quality assurance standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 -4 years of experience in manual and automation testing, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
• Knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
