Responsibilities:

Manage the full process of after-sale spare parts, including procurement, shipment, customs clearance, warehousing, and sales. Conduct detailed management analysis of spare parts and drive continuous improvement. Plan monthly after-sale spare parts procurement based on market demand. Handle dealer consultations and coordinate solutions for spare parts-related issues. Manage payments for local service providers. Develop localized aftermarket spare parts and ensure quality standards. Stay updated on competitive spare parts policies in the market and implement necessary internal revisions.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of experience in parts (advantageous). Knowledge of automotive products. Strong understanding of automotive product technical knowledge. Solid knowledge of automotive structure and functions. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data accurately. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to train and present information effectively.
