Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Employer Relations: Establish partnerships to secure placements aligned with participants qualifications and goals. Placement Coordination: Match participants with suitable opportunities based on skills and interests. Participant Support: Guide participants through preparation and provide ongoing mentorship during placements. Monitoring & Evaluation: Track progress, outcomes, and resolve any issues that arise during placements. Mentor Support: Collaborate with workplace mentors, providing resources and training. Workshops & Record Keeping: Organize training sessions and maintain accurate placement records. Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Education, HR , or related field. Proven experience in coordinating placement programs . Strong understanding of the job market and employer needs.
