Job Summary
Requirements:
Matric and an IT-related qualification. Valid drivers license. Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays. Minimum of 3 years desktop support experience. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Microsoft 365. Previous experience working with Dell desktops. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Experience in documentation and standard operating procedure development Key
Responsibilities:
Install and configure desktops, laptops, and other IT hardware. Deploy and manage SIM cards across multiple devices. Utilize Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager for device management. Provide technical support and troubleshooting Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures. Travel to different sites when required. Work after hours and on weekends when necessary. NB: Only Candidates with required experience reflected on the CV will be considered
