Job Summary
Our Client a Global Tech firm is seeking a Genesys Cloud Developer to join their team in Johannesburg on a contract basis. The resource can work remotely and will be working during American/LATAM time zones. A Genesys Cloud Developer typically works on developing and deploying cloud-based contact center solutions using the Genesys Cloud platform. Here are some common responsibilities and qualifications for this role: Responsibilities Design and develop applications on the Genesys Cloud platform. Integrate Genesys Cloud with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure high performance and reliability of cloud-based contact center solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for new and existing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys Cloud applications. Qualifications Bachelor`s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with the Genesys Cloud platform. Experience in integrating enterprise systems and third-party applications. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and applications. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Skills Genesys Cloud JavaScript REST APIs OAuth AWS Python SQL JSON XML Agile methodologies
