Job Summary

Client liaison and professional client relationship; Communicate with the client, technicians and management; By use of online intelligence, create, update, assign and complete technical job cards which will include investigating reported incidents before assigning; Communicate with the technical management team and provide feedback and updates on important issues; Assist the Project Manager and branches with maintenance calls, projects, quotes and purchase orders; Provide technical statistics report on outstanding issues; Provide weekly and monthly reports to management; Continuous professional development to meet requirements and personal development needs; Ensure that all work carried out is done in a responsible and compliant manner, meeting all requirements both internally and externally; Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification; PSIRA certification; Relevant financial qualification or similar would be advantageous; Relevant management experience and experience within the Electronics Security Industry; Technical equipment training and certification; Equipment inventory and audit experience; On-line intelligence and Saco Work Force experience would be an advantage; Computer literate and good working knowledge of MS Office; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
