Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Risk Management Techno-Functional Lead to drive Oracle Cloud Applications Security & Controls implementations and Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules. This role requires expertise in security design, configuration, testing, deployment, and compliance management within Oracle Financials Cloud. You will play a critical role in ensuring risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Security & Controls solutions
- Implement and optimize Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules, including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC), and Financial Reporting Controls (FRC)
- Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end security and risk solutions
- Act as a liaison between Capgemini and client teams, ensuring alignment of security design specifications
- Execute full lifecycle implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Implement Business Process Controls, IT Controls, and Segregation of Duty (SoD) frameworks
- Utilize FDL/HDL tools and application package migration tools for seamless integration
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements impacting Oracle Cloud environments
- Provide training, release management, and post-deployment support
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Financials / ERP Security & Controls
- Strong BFSI industry experience (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
- Expertise in Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules (AAC, AFC, FRC)
- Deep understanding of SoD frameworks, automated controls, and mitigating controls
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Cloud Services (IDCS) integration
- Strong knowledge of regulatory concerns for publicly listed companies using Oracle Cloud
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies (minimum 2-3 full lifecycle projects)
- Oracle Cloud Certifications preferred
