Job
Duties:
- Assist in managing stock levels and inventory control
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials
- Monitor stock movements and update records accordingly
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities in procurement processes
- Participate in stocktaking activities and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare reports on stock levels, procurement activities, and related KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in stock control or procurement roles
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Previous experience in stock control or procurement roles
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of inventory management principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software
- Knowledge of procurement processes and practises
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certification in supply chain management or procurement
- Experience in the IT or Internet industry
Working Conditions:
This role will be based in an office setting within the IT and Internet industry. Standard office hours apply.
