Hire Resolve`s client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Finance Manager to join their team. As the Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company`s financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

• Manage the full finance function of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and profitability of the company
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial requirements
• Supervise and train finance team members

• 5 Years + post articles experience
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (SA) or CIMA Qualification
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and regulations
• Sound Understanding of IFRS and IIASA
• Experience working in the financial services industry is highly preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
