Responsibilities:
â? Executive Search & Market Mapping: Conduct end-to-end executive search processes , from client briefing to candidate placement, using advanced market mapping techniques. â? Talent Identification & Headhunting: Identify, attract, and engage top executive talent through targeted search strategies, headhunting, and networking . â? Client & Candidate Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and global organizations . â? Industry Research & Market Insights: Leverage market intelligence, competitor analysis, and industry trends to deliver strategic hiring solutions. â? Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and confidential experience for both clients and candidates. â?
