Requirements Honours Degree in Computer Science or Information Management A minimum of 5 – 8 years experience in a business analysis environment, specifically in a SupTech or RegTech or Project Management environment. Experience in developing and maintaining software Responsibilities Prepare and provide accurate and reliable data and information to support strategic decision-making. Provide functional support to the PAs SupTech users, focusing on testing, business analysis, system configuration, and setup to ensure optimal system usage. Drive business analysis initiatives for SupTech projects of low to medium risk, managing the full cycle from initiation to implementation (up to 18 months). Analyze business processes, identify needs, gather requirements, and propose solutions to improve systems and workflows. Consult with business owners and stakeholders to define problems, identify requirements, and align solutions. Facilitate workshops to gather input and discuss potential improvements. Review business processes, analyze data, and develop feasibility assessments and business cases for proposed solutions. Manage change requirements, provide functional specifications, and ensure acceptance testing for new implementations. Investigate issues, collaborate with users, developers, and stakeholders, and propose solutions to resolve operational challenges. Configure complex business processes and tasks within SupTech systems, ensuring improvements are effectively integrated into the system. Identify and register risks associated with SupTech projects and systems, taking proactive steps to mitigate them. Contribute to the development of training materials and plans for SupTech, and deliver training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. Stay updated on changes to SupTech tools and methodologies, advising the PA and stakeholders on best practices and ensuring compliance with new approaches.
