Job Summary
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Formal Business Analysis training, including certification or proof of completion.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, working on software and process re-engineering projects.
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of Analysts or Developers.
- Expertise in Agile project methodologies.
- Proficiency in analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, FIGMA, and DevOps.
- Experience in software testing and process re-engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of IT software products, development processes, and organizational change management.
- Skilled in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Your Role in Action:
- Lead and manage a team of Analysts in delivering business case analysis, functional design, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, problem-solving expertise, and mentorship to your team.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects to ensure efficient workflow.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Solution Owners, and stakeholders to define and document project requirements, timelines, and priorities.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain business process flows, including As-Is and To-Be models.
- Ensure solutions align with modern, automated business processes rather than legacy methods.
- Oversee documentation, impact analysis, feasibility studies, and solution implementation.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure seamless handovers and support.
- Conduct quality assurance, test planning, and user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate workshops to drive decision-making and maintain project alignment.

The Essentials:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 16h30 (overtime as needed)
