REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting/Bookkeeping qualification is an advantage
- 5+ years of experience handling the full accounting function
- Experience with Propworx – Sage is required
DUTIES:
- Books to Trial Balance
- Reconciliations
- Creditors & Reconciliation
- Expenses – Reconciliation
- VAT – Calculations & Reconciliation
- Trust Account Transactions and Updates
- Petty Cash – Reconciliation
- EMP501 Submissions
- Invoicing for All Rental Units
- Tenant Statements
- Payments and Statements to Owners
- Credit Card Reconciliations & Payments
- General Financial Queries
HOURS:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
