Job Summary
Export Document controller Bellville
Our client seeks an Export Document controller with 3+ years experience. Must have perishable and general cargo export experience. We are seeking a self-disciplined individual who can produce high-quality documentation within a team environment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be able to maintain accurate records, possess computer literacy and strong communication skills.

Minimum
Requirements:
Grade 12 with relevant qualification
3+ years experience in export documentation controlling or freight forwarding.
Computer literacy.
Planning, organizing and prioritising skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to build relationships.
Resilience in a pressurised environment.
Deadlines driven mindset.
Key
Responsibilities:
Prepare export documentation for customs, shipping and agricultural clearances.
Liaise with service providers in the supply chain relevant to documentation processing.
Conduct accuracy checks on information supplied by packing stations.
Distribute customer packing lists and deliver export documentation in a timely manner.
Maintain records according to government requirements.
