Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Training & Development: Develop, implement, and monitor training programs for employees in compliance with food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards. Conduct training sessions on workplace safety, food safety, and best practices to enhance production efficiency. Identify skills gaps and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in training programs. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Assist with on-the-job coaching and mentorship to enhance workforce competency. Human Resources Support: Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives . Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for new employees. Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Facilitate performance management and employee development initiatives. Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures where necessary. Key
Requirements:
Experience: 5-10 years of experience as an HR professional within a food manufacturing or production environment. Qualifications: Must be a qualified Skills Development Facilitator (SDF). Or a Human Resources Qualification of at least a Diploma in Human Resources Management. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, GMP, and hygiene standards. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High energy levels, reliability, and a target-driven approach. Ability to motivate and influence others positively. Work Conditions: Must be flexible with work hours, including early starts and shift work. Must be willing to work long hours as required by operational demands. Must have own reliable transport. Competencies: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
