Job Summary
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and submit dental prosthetic treatment quotations to medical aids. – Track the progress of authorisations and approvals. – Maintain clear and professional communication between patients, medical aids, and the practice. – Follow up on outstanding approvals and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. – Schedule appointments for patients to proceed with their treatments.
Requirements:
– Experience in medical or dental administration, particularly with medical aid claims and authorisations, is advantageous. – Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail. – authorisations and coordination abilities. – Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Salary:
