Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Log and manage incidents, problems, and changes through the Service Management System. Provide technical support for applications, systems, and databases. Troubleshoot SQL and front-end application issues, ensuring effective resolutions. Monitor and optimize application, database, and system performance. Configure and maintain applications, databases, and integrations. Develop and modify SQL/SSRS reports to meet business requirements. Support and manage integrations between core applications, APIs, and third-party systems. Administer Power BI workspaces, access control, and data model optimization. Work with DBAs and vendors to troubleshoot and implement system changes. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies. Manage application and database security, including backups and restorations. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and deployment validation. Qualifications Matric Bachelors degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field Skills Must have 5 years experience in Application Support and/or Database Administration. Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, including the ability to construct complex queries. Hands-on experience with SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), VB.Net, APIs, Web Services, and XML. Solid understanding of information systems terminology, functions, policies, and procedures.
