Job Summary
Responsibilities:
-Promote and grow membership in our wine club through direct engagement, events, and marketing initiatives.-Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium experience for all members.-Host tastings, events, and private club gatherings, educating members on our wines and wine-making process.-Develop relationships with existing members, fostering retention and loyalty.-Assist in coordinating wine shipments, exclusive offers, and club communication.-Work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and club sign-ups.Ideal Candidate:-A deep passion for wine and a basic understanding of viticulture and wine-making.-Experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service (wine industry experience is a plus).-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-A proactive and engaging personality, with the ability to build strong relationships.-Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading tastings.-Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.-Must be available for weekend.
