Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and management of the Quality Business Plan for the plant, ensuring QFSE goals are met and exceeded. Manage compliance with ISO 9000, ISO 14000, FSSC 22000 , and HACCP standards and ensure adherence to legal and internal requirements. Drive product and package quality through rigorous monitoring and control, ensuring that all ingredients, packaging , and products meet the highest standards. Develop and lead continuous improvement programs focused on water, energy usage, waste, and recycling to enhance operational efficiency. Foster a culture of quality by training, mentoring, and guiding the plant`s Quality, Manufacturing , and Warehouse teams . Collaborate with external stakeholders such as local regulators and suppliers to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and maintain strong business relationships.
Requirements:
A Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent). ISO 9000, ISO 14000 , FSSC 22000 , and HACCP certification. 5-8 years of experience in a quality role within the food manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Strong understanding of quality management systems , environmental compliance , and food safety principles. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement . Ready to take the next step in your QFSE career?
