Switchboard Operator

Duties:

Efficiently manage all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.Provide information regarding our services, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and parts availability.Assist clients in scheduling service appointments and appointment confirmations.Handle emergency calls with professionalism and prioritization.Maintain and troubleshoot switchboard equipment.Customer Care

Duties:
