In this role, you`ll be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient stock control, and supporting day-to-day operations. • Matric
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Reliable transport
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Required skills:

• Inventory Management Ability to accurately track, organize, and maintain stock levels.

• Organization Strong organizational skills to ensure that stock is well-arranged and easy to locate.

• Attention to Detail Focus on accuracy when checking items in and out of stock and when handling inventory records.

• Stock Control Knowledge of inventory systems and techniques to maintain accurate stock records and prevent overstocking or stockouts.

• Communication Skills Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members and other departments.

• Basic Computer Skills Familiarity with inventory management software, spreadsheets, and other digital tools for tracking stock.

• Problem-Solving Ability to address inventory discrepancies and resolve stock-related issues quickly and efficiently.

• Time Management Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.

• Teamwork Ability to work well with others in a team environment, ensuring that everyone is aligned in maintaining stock levels and fulfilling orders.

• Safety Awareness Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment, including proper lifting techniques and handling of hazardous materials.

• Order Fulfillment Experience with processing and preparing orders for shipment or distribution in a timely manner.

• Adaptability Flexibility to handle changing priorities, fast-paced environments, and occasional high-demand periods.

• Record Keeping Accurate documentation of stock movements, deliveries, and returns.
