Requirements:
Completed vocational training. Admitted Attorney with at least 4 years post-articles experience. Right of appearance in the High Court. Proficient in MS Office. Solid understanding of drafting legal documents and contracts.
Responsibilities:
Appear in the High Court. Handle litigation in the High Court, particularly in RAF, medical negligence, and general litigation matters. Complete all legal administrative tasks. Assist with legal research. Draft legal documents and contracts. Consult with counsel. Conduct client consultations. Handle taxation of bills. Prepare and submit reports. Skills Required: Ability to work under pressure. Work independently with minimal supervision. Confidential. Organised. Time management.
