Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including: Architecture diagrams Process flows Data models Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical details and insights Design documentation layouts that enhance readability and usability Utilize UML and visual modelling techniques to clearly communicate system behaviour and structure. Translate design concepts and paper-based diagrams into digital formats Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all documentation Maintain a documentation repository and version control Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role Strong expertise in UML and visual modelling tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to conceptualize and create documentation from scratch Skilled in translating complex ideas into user-friendly materials Experience working with paper-based or hand-drawn designs and converting them into formal documentation High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, Draw.io, or similar Background in systems architecture, data modelling, or software development is a plus
