Job Summary


Qualifications required:

  • Degree in Law, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • ICSA or STEP qualifications (or currently studying towards) will be an advantage.
Skills and Experience required:
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a Management Company or fiduciary services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework in Mauritius, especially related to Trusts and Global Business.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with company secretarial software is an advantage.
Key

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage a portfolio of client entities including Trusts, GBCs, and domestic companies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of statutory filings, board resolutions, and client correspondence.
  • Maintain client records in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Liaise with clients, regulators, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide support with KYC, compliance monitoring, and risk assessments.
  • Assist in onboarding of new clients and entity formation.
